My journey with movement and mindful living began long before I knew it had a name. What started as a simple curiosity has evolved into a way of life: a blend of intuition, creativity, and a deep fascination with how we connect — to ourselves, to each other, and to the world around us.

I’ve always been a woman who asks questions, who listens closely, who notices the subtle things. I’ve always believed that the way we speak, breathe, and move shapes the way we live. And I’ve learned, again and again, that we become the most aligned version of ourselves when we give attention not just to the body, but to the mind and the spaces between.

A Life Guided by Intention

Since childhood, one question has quietly guided me: How can we keep our bodies and minds as healthy as possible, so that we can show up fully — for ourselves and for the people we love?

This question led me to explore body movement, mindful practices, nutrition, and the simple rituals that shape our inner landscape. Over time, these explorations became the foundation of my personal practice and, eventually, my teaching.

For years, I sought ways to be close to nature, to people, and to projects that carried meaning. Today, that path has brought me here — creating a space where movement, presence, and intention meet.

I created Aether Yoga as a space where movement, breath, and connection come together, both with ourselves and with the world around us. I believe in the healing power of nature, of meaningful relationships, and of listening deeply to our bodies and to each other.

The logo you see is more than a symbol. It’s a reflection of the essence I want this platform to hold. The figure standing strong in Tree Pose represents groundedness and balance. The swirling colors around it evoke the element of aether, a bridge between earth and sky, the unseen energy that connects everything. To me, it mirrors what happens when we move together: we become a flow of light, air, and calm energy.

I feel most alive under the sun, walking through the forest or laughing with people who feel like home. Aether Yoga is where I bring that joy, so we can all breathe deeper, feel stronger, and reconnect with what really matters.

My Approach to Yoga

My teaching is rooted in three principles:

Yoga isn’t about shapes or perfect alignment — it’s about being deeply aware of your inner experience.
I guide you to move slowly, to listen to your body, and to notice.

Presence

Every class and every sequence is chosen with purpose.
Whether we’re focusing on breath, grounding, or gentle strength, the intention is always to create space: in the body, in the mind, and in the heart.

Intention

You are not practicing for the pose. You are practicing for yourself — for the way you want to feel and interact with the world.

I meet every student exactly where they are, and together we build a practice that honors your body’s unique story.

I’m a certified yoga instructor based in Bucharest, offering private and group yoga classes focused on mindful movement, breathwork, and body awareness.
